Return Policy
REFUNDS:
We will issue full refund if your purchase does not meet your expectations
providing the item is in ORIGINAL condition. Refunds are less all shipping and
associated fees.
RETURNING AN ITEM:
Please contact us before returning an item. All returns must
be shipped back to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation in their entire
original packing. Any return shipped after the 48 hour period or not in their original
packing may not be eligible for a refund. Customer will be required to return the original package insured with
delivery confirmation at customer’s expense.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We pack our items very well. We ship all packages insured. In the event your item is damaged
during shipment, please notify us and we will send you all the information needed to file a
"damage claim" with the shipping carrier. Customer
will need to file the claim as the delivering carrier will have to inspect the
entire package.
Please do not sign for a package with obvious damage to the box.
LOST PACKAGES:
We send all items with confirmation delivery requiring a
signature as well as insurance. If your package is lost during shipment, we
will file a "lost claim" with the shipping carrier and credit your
account.
